WHAT IS A MEAL SUBSCRIPTION?
Like a magazine subscription, a meal subscription is having a meal delivered on a regular basis. In this instance, we deliver a fresh-cooked meal to your door on Wednesday afternoons ideally between 12:30-5:30p in an insulated bag with ice-packs. Simply heat your food (in the microwave safe containers) to desired temperature and serve. Easy.

All meals delivered will will stay fresh in your fridge for three to five days.

WHAT DO I DO WITH THE BAG WHEN FINISHED?
After you've enjoyed your meal, simply throw away or recycle (prefered) your plastic. Leave your insulated bag and ice-packs at your outside delivery location on Wednesday morning and one of our drivers will take it back. Yes, we do charge $25 for unreturned bags and ice-packs.

WHAT ARE MY MEAL OPTIONS?
We consider this a prepared meal. We have put together our selection of proteins and sides that make for a good meal around the table. This makes life more simple. Therefore the only changes allowed by the cut-off time is on your selection of Protein (meat). If you are looking for our menu, please swing by our locations or order from any number of on-demand services.

WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We take most major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payments are run the day of your delivery.

WHAT ABOUT FEES & TAXES?
In addition to the cost of the meal, there's only a $5 delivery fee. All sales are taxed according to state law.

IS THERE A CUT-OFF TIME FOR DELIVERY?
Yes. All orders or changes 7-days prior to 5pm Thursday before the delivery Wednesday will be valid. Any desired changes after 5pm on the Thursday before will not take effect until the next Wednesday delivery. Confused? Ok, so if you want to skip a meal because you are going on vacation, then make sure you let us know before 5p on Thursday before the week you leave.

WHAT IF I GO ON VACATION OR WANT TO SKIP A WEEK?
Want to skip a week or two? Got a trip and need to skip a week? No problem, just go online and skip when you need to. See the cut-off times above for more information.

CAN I GIVE THE GIFT OF MEAL SUBSCRIPTION?
What a great idea!! In order to give the give that not only feeds but buys more time, you'll need to create a separate account with new delivery instructions. If they want to make changes, they'll have to work with you to do so. Contact us and we'll gladly help make this a reality for you!

WHAT'S YOUR WEATHER POLICY?
The biggest threat that keeps us from getting you your meal is the inability to drive, which happens when the roads are closed due to ice or snow. Our weather experts will keep an eye out and email you any changes that may occur as a result. Possible solutions may include delivering earlier in the day or the following morning. If severe weather is a factor, the drivers may take cover and your order may be delivered later than usual.

HOW LONG ARE THE MEALS GOOD FOR?
Our meals are cooked freshed, cooled and delivered to your door in insulated bags with ice-packs. They should keep in your fridge for 3 to 5 days.

HOW MANY WILL A BAG FEED?
We've designed our meals to fit in our insulated bags with ice-packs and feed up to four (4) people.

DO I NEED TO COOK THE FOOD?
Nope, simply heat the food up in your microwave to your desired temperature. Easy. We designed the meal so that you spend more time around the table enjoying dinner than cooking or cleaning.

WHERE DOES THE FOOD COME FROM?
This question is easy, we cook our food in our kitchens locally.

WHAT IS YOUR SERVICE AREA?
Currently we serve from the heart of downtown Nashville, to East Nashville, then down I-65 South to Highway 96, and then toward Bellevue. Don't worry, we'll let you know if you are not in our service area as it changes with growth.

WHAT TIME CAN I EXPECT MY MEAL TO BE DELIVERED?
Our drivers will start delivering meals around 12:30p to 6:30p on the day of delivery.

DO I NEED TO BE HOME WHEN MY MEAL IS DELIVERED?
No, BUT safety is of our utmost concern. So we will leave the bag where specified unless safety is a concern, in which case we will leave the bag somewhere our professional drivers deems appropriate. We consider pets when making our deliveries as well. Don't forget to leave last week's bag & ice-packs out for us to pick up!
